At the moment I am looking to start learning karate. One of the things which really attracts me to it is that I believe it gives you confidence and more importantly freedom from fear.

Such a thing is useful to everyone, especially to those who live in fear and insecurity.

I will print a copy and give it to my ex boyfriend. We now have a close friendship after 2 episodes of him demonstrating violent behavior towards me (years have past).
He has shown what I believe to be true remorse and I believe he will stand as a man against sexist violence.
