Self Love

The first thing that came to my heart when I read the question was SELF LOVE. We often hear these two words written in numerous “self help” books yet we truly are not acting upon them. Most of the “wars” we do create come from believing that we are dis-empowered beings. That we are separate from one another because of race, age, religion, etc. We cling to old beliefs like its our “life savor” but IT is what is causing us to perpetuate wars. The war is creating within first.

The more we begin to keep questioning our beliefs, PLAYfully, the more we begin to discover that life is not about suffering, stuckness, labels, bombs, power, and so called “success”. Life is about creating from the freedom we do have within. It is not something we need to earn, or fight for. It is not given to some and taken from others. Self LOVE is not something SOMEONE ELSE can teach us. No “gurus” are needed, yet we still SEEK …we still SEARCH ..we still want to KNOW OUR PURPOSE ..when there IS NOTHING TO FIND.

Liberating freedom is so simple. TAke a breath. Choose to inhale LOVE. Let go of the need to”be like everyone else” and stand up for yourself. Skip and Play in the joy of just being YOU.

We are so attached to others knowing our truth, yet its not really about anyone else.

IT IS ABOUT US as individuals. IT IS about knowing that how we treat ourselves, is what is mirrored back to us in the world.
It is so time to love love love.
accept accept accept and recreate in each moment from that place.
yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
